Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1Request return authorization (RA) from the merchant.

2Pack all the items in the original shipping box with all original packaging.
3Attach a copy of the sales invoice, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).
4Send the parcel back to the merchant and provide traceable tracking number. Insure shipment in case of high value merchandise.
5After you have sent the parcel, please inform the merchant by reaching out to them directly. Return Policies

If, for any reason, you aren't entirely satisfied with your purchase, our merchants will gladly accept your return as long as the merchandise is returned to the merchant unused, with its original packaging and within 30 days of delivery.

Simply reach out to the merchant with your order number and they will begin the return process for you! Please note: return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Return policy does not apply to clearance items which are sales final.

Note: some merchandise may not qualify for return due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please read all product descriptions fully and request any additional information before completing purchase.
