Customer Service Changes in Response to COVID-19 

Most orders continue to ship within two or three business days, but some merchants may experience longer processing times on orders when unexpected shutdowns or employee shortages are encountered. 

Please note that UPS, FedEx, and USPS may also experience delays due to COVID-19 virus-related service interruptions.  We have been alerted by United States Postal Services (‘USPS’) that despite its best efforts to maintain delivery schedules nationwide, our customers are to expect temporary delays to some mail and parcel deliveries due to COVID-19 and employee availability on their end.

Because of new guidelines and restrictions regarding the Corona Virus pandemic, returned merchandise will be quarantined three to four weeks, or until suitable sanitizing protocol is established. Personal products that come in bodily contact will no longer be accepted for returns.

Always remember to read the product description carefully to insure you order what you need.  Do not rely on just looking at the picture or making assumptions. Contact the merchant before buying if you have questions about the product.

Free Shipping on orders over $39 

Orders totaling over $39 will qualify for free shipping in the contiguous U.S. States and will be shipped by merchant’s choice of USPS, FEDEX, UPS or DHL. Please inquire for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or international regions. 

Orders valued at $200 or more will require signature upon delivery. Please insure someone will be available to accept your order. 

While merchants use reputable shippers, there is still the chance of shipping or freight damage.  These guidelines will lessen the chance of problems when freight damage does occur.

Inspect the outside of all packages upon arrival. If there is any damage to a box, it must be noted on the delivery receipt before you sign for it. Check all 6 sides of the boxes. Shake boxes and listen for broken glass. If a shipment arrives on a pallet, it may not be possible to check the underneath side of the boxes for damage. In that case, write on the delivery copy that you were unable to check the bottoms of boxes against the pallet.
